If you are not satisfied with your InfinityMat product for any reason, you may return it within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@infinity-mat.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return shipping instructions within 2 business days.

Refund Process

Exchanges
